Route 66 Pathway Project
Graphics | Print | Management
This project is the culmination of years of historical research and visualization of data aggregated into one 75-foot scroll of Route 66 across California. My role in this project was to develop graphics and manage the design team. I had the opportunity to partner with the Claremont Colleges and the National Park Service for museum installations and fundraising events.
Graphics for this project were constructed using a combination of 3D mapping and rendering between Esri's ArcGIS and Rhinoceros 3D, and graphic overlay in Adobe Photoshop. The final print of this project was detailed to 300dpi on canvas, with the file being 40GB when flattened.
